POLYZYME-BFT is developed for biotreatment of cellulose based textile materials such as cotton or its blends with polyester, modified wool, flax, ramie, hemp, spider silk, and linen, viscose. POLYZYME-BFT also improves the properties of fabrics made from cupro, lyocell, Tencel or other polynosic fibres. POLYZYME-BFT can be used for improving performance of softening agents.

STORAGE / STABILITY :
Store at cool (Below 25°C) and dark place. Avoid direct exposure to heat, sunlight and solvent vapours. Do not allow the product to freeze. POLYZYME-BFT is stable for over 12 months when stored as recommended.

» POLYZYME – DEN (Denim Fading Enzyme – Neutral)

POLYZYME-DEN consists of stabilized cellulase preparation prepared by deep fermentation under controlled conditions. POLYZYME-DEN is developed essentially for biowash of garments and other articles made from denims. POLYZYME-DEN shows maximal activity at neutral pH. It is compatible with pumice stones, surfactants and other auxiliaries used in denim wash.
It is essential that denim articles to be treated with POLYZYME-DEN are completely desized with POLYZYME-HT. Size residues may have adverse effect on product performance.

POLYZYME-HT consists of stabilized thermostable alpha amylase prepared by deep tank fermentation of Bacillus spp. It can be for removal of starch based sized from fabric, garments and other cotton made articles. Ideal also for desizing of the cotton-synthetic blends. Materials sized with starch derivatives or the starch blends with PVA or other chemicals can also be effectively desized with POLYZYME-HT.

While using POLYZYME-HT for garments & other articles, adjust temperature, add other auxiliaries, and adjust pH. Add POLYZYME-HT at the end. Run the batch for desired time. Inactivate the enzyme by heating the bath to over 100°C for 10 minutes.
